Dr. William D. Hall, Jr.

Spartanburg, SC- William D. Hall, Jr., beloved husband of Virginia C. Hall, passed away on Monday, September 3, 2012 at his home after a period of declining health. Born in Abbeville, SC on May 12, 1926, he was the son of the late Dalton and Ruth Hall of Greenville, SC. William Hall was a veteran of WWII, a Mason, and a retired chiropractor, practicing in Spartanburg for 40 years. He was a member of the Episcopal Church of the Advent. In addition to his wife of 64 years, he is survived by daughter Deb D. Oaks (Jeff) of Greenville, SC; son Trey Hall (Karen) of Spartanburg, SC; four grandchildren, Stephanie D. LeCroy (Shane) of Greenville, SC, Aaron Davis (Kara) of Greer, SC, Brandon Hall of Charleston, SC, Emily Hall of Spartanburg, SC; and three great-grandchildren. The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude to Emma Jackson for her devoted, compassionate care of our loved one. Graveside services will be held at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens on Friday, September 7, 2012 at 2:30 PM. Visitation will be afterwards at the home of Trey and Karen Hall, 164 Marlin Drive.
