Spartanburg, SC- Niphonh Phetbourom, 69, husband of Phetsamone Phetbourom, died on Monday, November 12, 2012. In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, Tony Phetbourom of Tracy, California and Top Phetbourom of Spartanburg; two daughters, Sami Savanh of Renton, Washington and Tip Phetbourom of Spartanburg; four grandchildren; and his previous wife, Aroun Phetbourom. A funeral service will be held 3:00pm, Saturday, November 17, 2012 at Dunbar Funeral Home.
