Charlie Eldridge Huitt

Moore, SC- Charlie Eldridge Huitt, 74, husband of Carol M. Huitt of 54 years, died and went to heaven on Friday, November 30, 2012 due to complications of vascular surgery. Charlie was born in Anderson, SC on February 8, 1938. He honorably served his country in the US Navy, worked as a manufacturing engineer, and most recently owned and managed a UPS store in Duncan, SC. In addition to his wife Carol, Charlie is survived by two sons, Dwayne and Bruce Huitt; and four grandchildren, Tim, Nicolas, Nathan, and Eric Huitt. He was greatly loved and will be sorely missed. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, December 4, 2012, 2:00pm at Joy Lutheran Church in Moore, SC. The family will receive friends at the church immediately following the service.
