Bonita Quillen

Spartanburg, SC- Bonita Quillen, 67, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, December 3, 2012. Born June 15, 1945 to Rebecca Dobbins Affenit and the late Vincent Affenit, she was a charter member of GraceWay Church. Bonita had a great passion for life and for the people in it. She dearly loved her children and nine grandchildren and will be greatly missed by all of them. In addition to her mother, Bonita is survived by two sons, Reverend Mark (Cindy) Quillen of Spartanburg and Tony (Courtney) Quillen of Duncan; one brother, Richard Affenit of Chicago, IL; nine grandchildren, Stephen, Luke, Markie, Philip, and Nancy Quillen of Spartanburg, and Caroline, Camille, Vivian, and Ben Quillen of Duncan. She also leaves behind her beloved pets, Annabelle and Bonnie. The family will receive friends Tuesday, December 4, 2012, 6:00pm-8:00pm at Dunbar Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held Wednesday, December 5, 2012, 2:00pm at Dunbar Funeral Home Chapel, officiated by Reverend Jan King. Interment will be in Westwood Memorial Gardens, 6101 Reidville Road, Moore, SC 29369, immediately following the funeral service.
