Donald Glen Satterfield

Spartanburg, SC- Donald Glen Satterfield, 59, husband of Darlene M. Satterfield, died on Wednesday, December 5, 2012. Born on November 9, 1953 to Elizabeth McAbee Satterfield and the late Isaac Satterfield, Don was the owner and operator of Satterfield Guttering, and was the owner and driver of car #1, Satterfield Racing. He was also a member of Canaan Baptist Church. In addition to his wife, Don is survived by one daughter, Lisa Gail Satterfield Taylor; three sisters, Jennie Marr, Carolyn McAbee, and Jonell Fowler; one grandson, Jessie William Taylor, Jr.; and two great grandchildren, Jordan and Carson Taylor all of Spartanburg. He was predeceased by two brothers, Gerald and Leon Satterfield. The family will receive friends Saturday, December 8, 2012, 3:00pm-4:00pm at Dunbar Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow immediately after the visitation at 4:00pm in the Dunbar Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be in Canaan Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will be at the home.
