Eugene "Mr. Gene" Nichols

Roebuck, SC- Eugene Nichols, 70, died Sunday, April 14, 2013. Mr. Gene was born on August 26, 1942 to the late Narles and Mary Jane West Nichols. He was retired from Springs Industries and worked for many years at Hanna’s Store. Eugene was of the Baptist faith. He is survived by his daughter, Tina Nichols Brewer of Dothan, AL; his sister, Linda Liming of Roebuck; and several grandchildren. Eugene was predeceased by his son, Donnie Nichols; and four sisters, Louise Chapman, Carolyn Jo Satterfield, Shirley Garrett, and Lucile Johnson. Graveside services will be held Thursday, April 18th, 11am at Heritage Memorial Gardens, officiated by Reverend Joel Gardner. The family would like to express their appreciation to the staff at White Oak Manor.
