Sharon Calvert Sexton

Roebuck, SC- Sharon C. Sexton, 74, wife of Buster Sexton, passed away at her home after a long illness. Sharon was the daughter of the late Kate and Henry Calvert. She was a member of Arcadia Methodist Church. In addition to her husband of 59 years, she is survived by four daughters, Susan Sexton Yates (Matt) of Hendersonville, NC, Tracie Middlemiss of Roebuck, Merrie Ann Bagwell (Mike) of Boiling Springs, and Samantha Leonard (Randy) of Roebuck; her sister, Barbara Calvert West of Spartanburg; seven grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Thursday, August 15th, 6-8pm at Dunbar Funeral Home. A celebration of her life will take place at a later date. The family will be at the home and the home of her granddaughter, Nikki Hicks. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Arcadia Methodist Church, P O Box 143, Arcadia, SC 29320.
