Frederick James Brown

Ebensburg, PA- Frederick James Brown, 79, husband of Hannah Rose Klayko Brown, died Friday, August 23, 2013. Born August 21, 1934 in Ebensburg, PA, Frederick was a son of the late Lee Clymer and Sophia Rogers Brown. He honorably served his country in the U.S Navy during the Korean Conflict. Frederick was an industrial electrician and worked for many years in Charleston, SC. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son, Frederick M. “Fred” Brown (Pamela) of Charleston, SC; two daughters, Monica Birrer (Jim) of Charlotte, NC, and Michele Brown of Lyman, SC; two sisters, Eunice Montgomery of Cleveland, OH, and Tressa Ann Miller (Tom) of Waynesburg, PA; and three grandchildren. Frederick is predeceased by a brother, Lee Brown. The family will have a private service at a later date.
