Donald Wayne Taylor

Pauline, SC- Donald Wayne Taylor, 59, husband of Dr. Denise Phillips Taylor, died Friday, December 13, 2013. Born January 5, 1954, Wayne was a son of the late John Curtis and Nannie Lee Gossett Taylor. He honorably served his country in the US Army as an Airborne Ranger. Wayne was previously employed with White Bag Company and Michelin Tire. He was also a member of Emanuel Baptist Church. Wayne is survived by three daughters, Adria, Capra, and Javin Taylor; a brother, Pastor Frankie Taylor (Linda); a sister, Ruby McAbee; and three grandchildren. The family will receive friends Monday, December 16th, 6-7:30pm at Dunbar Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held Tuesday, December 17th, 11:45am in the M. J. “Dolly” Cooper Veteran’s Cemetery, 140 Inway Dr, Anderson, SC 29621. Memorials may be made to Emanuel Baptist Church, 3000 Stone Station Rd, Roebuck, SC 29376.
