Bobbie McKinney Ward

Bobbie McKinney Ward Spartanburg- Bobbie M. Ward, 82, wife of Clyde W. Ward died Saturday, February 15, 2014 Bobbie was a daughter of the late Stanyarne and Ila Horton McKinney. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Spartanburg where she sang in the choir. Bobbie was retired from teaching in Spartanburg District 1 In addition to her husband of 62 years, Bobbie is survived by daughters; Kerry Davis (Phil) of Greer; Kay Floyd (Wayne) of Spartanburg; and Kelly Cox (David) of Boiling Springs. She is also survived by nine grandchildren. The family will receive friends today, Sunday, February 16, 2014 from 1:00- 2:00 PM at the Dunbar Funeral Home Chapel; a funeral service will immediately follow at 2:00 PM, officiated by Reverend Sal Barone and Reverend Bob Morgan Burial will be at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens The family would like to thank the staff of Summit Hills and Pearlean Goode, her caregiver, for their attentive and compassionate care.
