Spartanburg, SC- Kenneth E. Scott, 86, died Saturday, April 12, 2014.Born April 1, 1928 in Dayton, Ohio, Kenneth was the son of Frank Sherman and Lulu Faye Stephenson Scott. He honorably served his country during WWII as an Electrician Mate for the US Navy. Kenneth was a graduate of Wittenberg University, class of 1952, and Ohio State Law School, and admitted to practice in 1955. He was employed with Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, OH; Raytheon Corporation in Bedford, MA as a corporate attorney; Sanders Associates in Nashua, NH as corporate counsel; and a private law practice in Wilton, NH. Kenneth was an accomplished writer and counselor at law. He was a licensed pilot and an avid aviator for over three decades. Kenneth also ran for US Congress in New Hampshire in 1972. Kenneth is survived by his son, Mark C. Scott, who now resides in Boytertown, PA and serves as a County Commissioner of Berks County, PA, and his mother, Martha Michelfelder Scott of Temple, NH.He was predeceased by a wife, Diane Smith Scott; and a son, Wynn T.
