Ronald F. "Ron" Monzi

Moore, SC- Ronald Ferdinand Monzi, 77, husband of Kathleen Kane Monzi, died Sunday, June 8, 2014. Ron was born April 24, 1937 in Arnold, PA, and was the son of the late Hugo Monzi and Amerina Pagliari Monzi Bologna. In addition to his wife, Ron is survived by his sons, Michael Monzi of Nashville, TN, and Mark Monzi and his wife, Kim, of Greenville, SC; five grandchildren, Ashton, Makala, Kristen, Kaitlyn, and Nick Monzi; and his sister, Gloria Pieples of Arnold, PA. A funeral Mass will be held Friday, June 13th, 11:00am in the Historic Church of St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church, officiated by Reverend Timothy M. Gahan. A reception will immediately follow after the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church Building Fund, 161 N. Dean Street, Spartanburg, SC 29302.
