Spartanburg, SC- Bobby E. Pugh, 74, died Sunday, July 13, 2014.
Born January 9, 1940 in Spartanburg, SC, Bobby was a son of the late Paul and Mary Lou Mabry Pugh. He attended public school in Spartanburg, Spartanburg Technical College, and honorably served his country in the US Army. Bobby was the superintendent for Arabian World Construction Summit and for Fluor Daniel. He always enjoyed hunting and fishing with his grandson, Jacob. Bobby was a member of Croft Baptist Church. He will forever be remembered for his kindness and generosity.
Bobby is survived by his son, Bobby Pugh of Spartanburg; his daughter, Sherry Pugh Turner (Richard) of Woodruff; two brothers, James of Kissimmee, FL, and Johnny Pugh of Spartanburg; two sisters, Margaret P. Eubanks (Carroll) of Glendale, and Connie Henson of Roebuck; two grandsons, Jacob Pugh and Tanner Pugh; and Linda Pugh.
He was predeceased by his brother, Sherrill Pugh of Roebuck; and sister, Dianne Mauldin of Spartanburg.
The family will receive friends Sunday, July 20th, 3:00-4:00pm at Solid Rock Church.
A memorial service will immediately follow in the sanctuary, officiated by Reverend Brian Waddell and Reverend Randy Lewis.
