Frank Junior Bolin

Spartanburg, SC- Frankie Bolin, 61, husband of Betty Powell Bolin, passed away Wednesday, October 29, 2014. Born February 23, 1953 in York, SC, Frankie was the son of the late Ben and Edna Morrison Bolin. He was a Shriner, Mason, and member of the Loan Oak Lodge #372. Frankie was also a member of the Hillbilly Club and several car clubs. In addition to his wife, Frankie is survived by his children, Frankie Bolin, Jr., Vinson Bolin, Darla Bolin Rose, Ronnie Powell, and Michelle Thomas; ten grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and sisters, Betty Huddleston, Lois Yarbrough, and Diane Michniak. He was predeceased by a sister, Sara Owens. The family will receive friends Saturday, Novemeber 1st, 1:00-2:00PM at Dunbar Funeral Home. A memorial service will immediately follow in the Chapel at 2:00PM, officiated by Reverend Ricky Pridmore. The family will be at the home of granddaughter, Angel Coffey, 473 Woodley Rd, Sptbg, SC 29306. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Shriners Hospital for Children, 950 West Faris Road, Greenville, SC 29605.
