Kim H. Turner

Spartanburg, SC- Kim Turner, 57, wife of Michael D. Turner, died Thursday, December 18, 2014 at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home. Born May 31, 1957 in Spartanburg, SC, Kim was the daughter of the late Everett and Francis Hudson Henderson. She was a graduate of Dorman High School, class of 1975, and a devoted supporter of Dorman High School Athletics for many years. Kim was a loving wife, mother, and nanny. She was of the Baptist faith. In addition to her husband, Kim is survived by two daughters, Kelly Harvey (Jay) of Spartanburg and Kimberly Rhinehart (Heath) of Moore; and four grandchildren. She was predeceased by her brother, Keith Henderson. The family will receive friends Sunday, December 21st, 2:30-3:30PM at Dunbar Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow in the Chapel at 3:30PM, officiated by Reverend Dr. D. J. Horton and Reverend Jim Oliver. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. The family will be at the home of Irma & Phillip Graham, 181 Tucker Road, Spartanburg, SC 29306. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home, 686 Jeff Davis Drive, Spartanburg, SC 29303.
