Spartanburg, SC- Richard Earl Millwood, 63, died Monday, June 08, 2015. Born March 19, 1952 in Spartanburg, SC, Richard was a son of Ophelia Pettit Millwood and the late Thurman Millwood. In addition to his mother, he is survived by two daughters, Tracie Rice and Tammy Stephens; five grandchildren; one great grandchild; and two brothers, Randall and Johnny Millwood. Richard is predeceased by a brother, Ronnie Millwood. The family will receive friends Wednesday, June 10th, 4:00-6:00PM at Dunbar Funeral Home.
