David John Costa

Roebuck, SC- David John Costa, 59, formally of Wallingford, CT, died Sunday, June 28, 2015 after a courageous 22 month battle with cancer. Born April 26, 1956, Dave was a son of the late Max and Josephine Buksa Costa. He was a hard working self-employed contractor and an avid lover of music. In addition to his beloved wife, Maureen Lynn Freeman Costa, Dave is survived by two daughters, Ashley and Michelle Costa, of the home; two brothers, Michael Costa (Susan) of Inman, SC and Thomas Costa (Kelly) of Wallingford, CT; and a sister, Susan Smith (Kenny) of Sarasota, FL. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, July 1st, 11:00AM at Dunbar Funeral Home, officiated by Reverend Jonesy Brewer. The family will receive friends following the service.
