Paul Bomar Morrison

Spartanburg, SC- Paul Bomar Morrison, 60, died Saturday, September 5, 2015. Born September 13, 1954 in Spartanburg, SC, Paul was the son of the late Newton Eli and Ethel Louise Bomar Morrison. He was a skilled self-employed builder for many years and, in recent years, working for Dunbar Construction. Paul was an avid fisherman and hunter and enjoyed the outdoors. He loved his children and his beloved granddaughter, Eva Grace Mitchell. He is survived by his son, Robert Bomar Morrison of Cross Hill, SC; his daughter, Mary Grace Mitchell and her husband, Joshua, of Greenville, SC; his former wife, Victoria Morrison of Spartanburg, SC; long term companion, Billie Beth Tezza; a sister, Patti Courtney; nieces, Jackie Courtney, Susan Courtney-Jacobs, Katie Courtney; nephew, Ray Henson; and granddaughter, Eva Grace Mitchell. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, September 9th, 11:00AM at St. James United Methodist Church, officiated by Reverend Wayne Smith.
