Audrey Chase Walters

Spartanburg, SC- Audrey Chase Walters, 101, wife of the late William F. Walters, died Monday, September 14, 2015. Born August 5, 1914 in East Orange, NJ, Audrey was the daughter of the late J. William and Ada Prince Chase. She is survived by her son, Jeffrey L. Walters and his wife, Carolyn Trowbridge Walters; and a grandson, John David Walters. A memorial service will be held Friday, September 18th, 11:00AM at St. John’s Lutheran Church, officiated by The Reverend Emily M. Edenfield and The Reverend Michael T. Shackelford. The family will receive friends following the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. John’s Lutheran Church, 415 S. Pine Street, Spartanburg, SC 29302.
