Dr. Richard E. Jabbour passed away Wednesday, September 23, 2015. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Monday, October 5th, 2015 at St. Paul United Methodist Church with a memorial service to follow at 6:30 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mobile Meals: PO Box 461, Spartanburg, SC 29304 or Appalachian Bear Rescue: PO Box 364, Townsend, TN 37882.
