Spartanburg, SC- Noah Elijah Spicer, 2 months old, son of Robert Shane Spicer and Harley Lyann Weathers, passed away Thursday, November 26, 2015. In addition to his parents, Noah is survived by his brother, Isaiah Spicer. The family will receive friends Sunday, November 29th, 2-3PM at New Hope Outreach Church. Funeral services will follow in the sanctuary at 3PM, officiated by Reverend Brent Powell.
