Deneen Patricia Gibson

Spartanburg, SC- Deneen Patricia Gibson, 76, wife of the late Leo Anthony Lawrence Gibson, died Wednesday, January 06, 2016. Born November 5, 1939 in Krugersdorp, South Africa, Deneen was a daughter of the late Bertram Vincent and Winifred Laura Cooke Moore. She was a member of Jesus Our Risen Savior Catholic Church. Deneen is survived by her sons, Roger Gibson (Elsbeth) of Johannesburg, South Africa, Bruce Gibson (Joëlle) of Durban, South Africa, and Gregory Gibson (Christa) of Spartanburg, SC; a daughter, Claire Miles (Simon) of Hitchin, England; grandchildren, Emma, James, Matthew, Daniel, Jessica, Michael, Sarah, Kathleen, Leo, Benjamin, Amy, and Adam; three brothers, Kevin Moore, Peter and Paul Young; and two sisters, Rosemary Perry and Patricia Berry. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, January 9th, 9:00AM at Jesus Our Risen Savior Catholic Church.
