Barbara Kelly Ragsdale

Barbara Kelly Ragsdale Moore- Francis Barbara Kelly Ragsdale, 62, passed away Thursday, January 14, 2015. Born in Spartanburg, Barbara was the daughter of the late Walter Claude Kelly Jr. and Hazel Absher Gwinn. She loved to crochet and quilt. Barbara was of the Baptist Faith. She is survived by her daughter, Stacy K. O’Shields; a brother, James W. Kelly; sisters, Linda Forester (Gerald) and Anne Robbins (Tony). She also leaves behind four grandchildren, Amber, Daniel, Destiny O’Shields, Jannie Norris; and one great-granddaughter, Alyssa Martin. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, January 17, 2016 at Dunbar Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends immediately following the service. The family is at the home of her sister; Linda Forester.
