Olinda Milner Dunbar

Spartanburg, SC- Olinda Milner Dunbar, 71, wife of Leroy David Dunbar, III, died Friday, February 19, 2016. Born October 29, 1944 in Spartanburg, SC, Olinda was the daughter of Clelon Campbell Milner and the late A. K. Milner. She was a graduate of Fairforest High School, class of 1962, and attended Cecil Business College. Olinda was involved in the PTA at E. P. Todd Elementary School for many years and was previously employed with Sally Foster Gift Wrap. In addition to her husband, Olinda is survived by her daughter, Lindy Kerr (Chad) of Inman, SC; her son, Leroy “Lee” David Dunbar, IV (Melissa) of Spartanburg, SC; grandchildren, Lincoln Kerr, Charley Kerr, Roy Dunbar, and Joseph Dunbar; brothers, A. K. “Kyle” Milner, Jr. (Debbie) and Rusty Milner (Susan); several nieces and nephews; and her canine companion, Scarlet.
