Moore, SC- Bobby Ray Minish, 79, husband of the late Jacqueline Minish, died Wednesday, March 23, 2016.
Born May 19, 1936 in Greenwood, SC, Bobby was a son of the late Roy Littlejohn and Marie Turner Minish. He honorably served his country in the US Navy where he served as a riverboat patrol captain and aircraft mechanic during the Vietnam War. During his service he received a Bronze Star Medal with Combat V. Following his service, Bobby was an engineer with General Motors, Allison Division. He was an ardent fisherman and skydiver. Bobby was of the Baptist faith.
Bobby is survived by his children, Marc Minish and William Holcomb (Vicki); granddaughter, Natascha Ruff (Mike); grandsons, Timothy and Andrew Holcomb; a great grandson, Oliver Ruff; and brothers, Larry and Gerald Minish.
Graveside services with military honors will be held Saturday, March 26th, 11:00AM in Heritage Memorial Gardens.
