Betty Jean Jennings McBee

Spartanburg, SC- Betty Jean Jennings McBee, 82, wife of the late Carl Vernon McBee, died Tuesday, April 19, 2016. Born February 24, 1934 in Woodruff, SC, Betty was a daughter of the late Ott Ervin and Mattie Lee West Jennings. Betty is survived by her sons, Wayne, Ricky, Dale, Donnie, and Ronnie; ten grandchildren; two step grandchildren; six great grandchildren; four step great grandchildren; a brother, Wilburn Jennings; and two sisters, Frances Emory and Ollie Moody. The family will receive friends Saturday, April 23rd, 11:00AM-12:30PM at Dunbar Funeral Home. A private family committal was held. The family is at their respective homes. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Gibbs Cancer Center, 101 E Wood Street, Spartanburg, SC 29303.
