Paul Dupre Anderson

Boiling Springs, SC- Paul Dupre Anderson, 86, husband of the late Melba Green Anderson, died Tuesday, June 07, 2016. Born October 7, 1929 in Cooley Springs, SC, Paul, last surviving member of his immediate family, was the son of the late Greeley and Leila Cooley Anderson. He was a graduate of Cooley Springs High School and honorably served his country in the US Army. Paul retired from C. L. Cannon & Sons, Inc. after 50 years of service. He was a member of Cudd Memorial Baptist Church. Paul is survived by his daughter, Debra A. Whitaker and her husband, Doug; and his pride and joy, beloved grandson, Dillon Whitaker. The family will receive friends Thursday, June 9th, 10-11AM at Cooley Springs Baptist Church. Funeral services will begin at 11AM in the sanctuary, officiated by Reverend Dave Deland and Reverend Ronnie Norris. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
