Marvin Ray Sloan

Woodruff, SC- Marvin Ray Sloan, 51, husband of Elizabeth “Beth” Sawyer Sloan, died Tuesday, July 12, 2016. Born October 11, 1964 in Greenwood, SC, Marvin was the son of Larry Sloan and the late Alice Faye Jackson Sloan. In addition to his father and wife, he is survived by; his son, Michael Sloan; his daughter, Brittany Wahlen; three grandchildren; and two brothers, Carl Sloan and Gene Hawkins. He was predeceased by a daughter, Larae Sloan; and a brother, Michael Sloan. The family will receive friends Thursday, July 14th, 7-9PM at Dunbar Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Friday, July 15th, 11AM at Dunbar Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Heritage Memorial Gardens.
