Wade Roy Norton, II

Spartanburg, SC- Wade Roy Norton, II, 51, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, September 6, 2016. Born June 5, 1965 in Spartanburg, SC, he was the son of Nancy C. Norton and the late Wade Roy Norton, Sr. Wade was a graduate of Broome High School, class of 1983, and honorably served his country in the US Navy, USS Carl Vinson, for 5 years. He was an electrician by trade. In addition to his mother, Wade is survived by his daughter, Cierra Jayde Norton; two sisters, Traci N. Swaney (Kevin) and Darla N. Ellison (Michael); six nieces and nephews; four great nieces and nephews; and several beloved aunts, uncles, and cousins. The family will receive friends following interment at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Shriner’s Hospital for Children, 2900 N. Rocky Point Drive, Tampa, FL 33607.
