Roberta S. Crotts Moore – Roberta Sain Crotts, 89, wife of the late Russell Crotts, died Wednesday, December 7, 2016. She was born on October 17, 1927 to the late John and Edith Brackett Sain. Roberta along with her husband founded Roebuck Plastics, Inc. in 1976 and operated it until 1996. She was a loving wife and mother who always put others first. Roberta was a longtime member of Bethlehem Baptist Church. She is survived by two daughters, Vickie Corbitt (Nathan) of Mt. Pleasant, Kathy Pennington (Jerry) of Moore; a son, Johnny Crotts (Tracie) of Spartanburg; a brother, Noris Sain (Betty) of Wynn, AK; a sister, Doris Costner (Flay) of Shelby, NC; seven grandchildren, Heather Crutchfield, Zach Corbitt, Laura Booth, Amber Outz, Kyle Crotts, Kameron Crotts, Lexi Crotts; and nine great grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 2:00PM to 3:00PM on Saturday, December 10, 2016 at Bethlehem Baptist Church. A funeral service will follow at 3:00pm officiated by Reverend Jim Oliver. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Bethlehem Baptist Church Building Fund; PO Box 229, Roebuck, SC 29376. The family is at the home.
