Nancy Fay Holcombe Pilkington

Spartanburg, SC- Nancy Fay Holcombe Pilkington, 70, died Saturday, February 18, 2017 after a long battle with cancer. Born January 19, 1947 in Greenville, SC, Nancy was a daughter of the late Roy Lee Holcombe, Sr. and Dorcas Mae Campbell Holcombe. She was a graduate of Spartanburg High School, class of 1966. Nancy is survived by her daughter, Wendy Freeman of Pauline, SC; treasured son-in-law Jay; her beloved grandchildren, who were her world, Lath, Seth, and Blyth Freeman; and her brother, Donnie Holcombe (Sue) of Gaffney, SC. She was predeceased by two brothers, Roy Lee Holcombe, Jr. and Robin Leslie Holcombe; and two sisters, Judy H. Milner and Debra H. McLyea. The family will receive friends Monday, February 20th, 5:30-7PM at Mount Calvary Presbyterian Church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mount Calvary Presbyterian Church, Youth Ministry for summer camps, 1399 Walnut Grove Road, Roebuck, SC 29376. The family will be at the home of her daughter, Wendy.
