Albert Robert Cotugno

Enoree – Albert R. Cotugno, 102, husband of the late Ann Lavina Cotugno, died Saturday, April, 17, 2021. Born February 14, 1919 in South Boston, Albert was a son of the late Antonio and Mary Bevaqua Cotugno. Throughout most of his life he lived in South Boston, Medford, MA and Melbourne, FL, before relocating to Enoree, SC. Albert honorably served his country in the Army Air Corps and was a photo reconnaissance photographer. Albert is survived by two sons, Stephen A. Cotugno of Enoree, SC and Albert J. “Don” Cotugno of Pocasset, MA; a sister, Elana Lyons of Medford, MA; four grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren. In addition to his wife, he was predeceased by a brother; four sisters; and two grandchildren. A memorial service with Military Honors will be held Thursday, April 22nd, 7:00PM at Dunbar Funeral Home. A committal will be held in Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford, MA at a later date.
