Annie "Ann" Sampson Jolly

Roebuck, SC- Annie “Ann” Sampson Jolly, 72, wife of Eric S. Jolly, died Sunday, October 15, 2017 at her home. Born September 3, 1945 in Guilford College, NC, Ann was the daughter of the late Harold Norris and Ollie Gossett Sampson. She retired from Spartanburg County School District 5 as a speech therapist. Ann was a longtime member of Bethlehem Baptist Church. In addition to her husband, Ann is survived by her daughter, Kristin Frances Jolly; and two grandchildren, Chase Davis and Brantley West. She was predeceased by a brother, Herbert Norris Sampson. The family will receive friends Wednesday, October 18th, 1-2PM at Bethlehem Baptist Church. Funeral services will follow at 2PM, officiated by Reverend Jim Oliver. Burial will be held in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Bethlehem Baptist Church, Building Fund, P O Box 229, Roebuck, SC 29376 or to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 2101 Rexford Rd #165W, Charlotte, NC 28211.
