Charmine Nimenzo Mallari, 44, beloved wife of Rommel Talion Mallari, passed away on February 18, 2025. Born on September 22, 1980, in Santo Domingo, Philippines, Charmine was the cherished daughter of Policarpio and Corazon Nimenzo.
Charmine grew up in the Philippines, where she cultivated a passion for learning and service. She attended Baloc Elementary School, continued her education at Araullo University, and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Central Luzon University. Charmine dedicated many years to helping others as a social worker, demonstrating her compassionate and selfless nature.
In her free time, Charmine enjoyed playing chess, baking, cooking, vlogging, traveling, and photography. She was also active in church activities and loved spending time with family and friends, always bringing joy and warmth to those around her.
In addition to her husband, Rommel, and her parents, Charmine is survived by her children, Carlos Mallari and Rachel Mallari, who were her pride and joy. She is also survived by her loving siblings: brothers Ervin Nimenzo, Nathaniel Nimenzo, Harold Nimenzo, Napoleon Nimenzo, Jerome Nimenzo, TeriJun Nimenzo Pingil, and Paolo Nimenzo, as well as her sisters Ivy Nimenzo Signo and April Nimenzo Rimocal.
Charmine’s warmth, kindness, and dedication to her family and community will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
A visitation will be held on Sunday, February 23, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the J.M. Dunbar Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow on Monday, February 24, 2025, at 5:00 PM at Jesus Our Risen Savior Catholic Church, 2575 Reidville Rd., Spartanburg, SC 29301.
