Clyde H. "Shikey" Messer

Clyde H. “Shikey” Messer Pauline – Clyde Hayward “Shikey” Messer, 71, husband of Mable Murphy Messer, passed away on Thursday, October 18, 2018. Shikey was born on December 12, 1946 to the late William Clyde and Juanita Powers Messer. He faithfully served his country in the US Army, was of the Baptist faith. In addition to his wife, Shikey is survived by his son, Keith Messer of Fayetteville, GA; two brothers, Jim Messer of Peachtree City, GA and Doug Tucker of Newnan, GA. He was blessed with fourteen grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 5:00PM to 7:00PM on Sunday, October 21, 2018 at Dunbar Funeral Home A graveside service with military honors will be held at 3:00PM on Monday, October 22, 2018 at M.J.
