David Allen Addington

Spartanburg, SC- David Allen Addington, Sr., 60, passed away on Tuesday, August 15, 2023, at his home.

Born March 26, 1963, in Salisbury, NC, David was the youngest son of the late Claude Addington and Blanche Fowler Addington.

He is survived by his son, David “DJ” A. Addington, Jr,; daughter, Danielle A. Belk; and 4 grandchildren. Also surviving is one brother, Eric Addington; two sisters in-law, Rita Addington and Robin Addington; one aunt, Pat Campbell; 3 nieces; and 3 nephews.

He was predeceased by two brothers, Michael Addington and Tony Addington; and one sister, Rene` Halliday.

Funeral services will be held Friday, September 8th, 11:00AM at Dunbar Funeral Home.

Families will be at respective homes.
