David Royce Dunn

Spartanburg, SC- David Royce Dunn, 74, husband of Nancy McNabb Dunn, died Sunday, April 28, 2019. Born August 8, 1944 in Spartanburg, SC, David was a son of the late Roy and Virginia Fisher Dunn. He honorably served his country in the US Army during Vietnam, fourteen years in the Army Reserve, and eight years in the National Guard. David was a machine operator for many years and a longtime member of Poplar Springs Baptist Church. In addition to his wife, Nancy, David is survived by his son, Allen Dunn and his wife, Amy, of Moore, SC and their children, Peyton, Madison, and Lucy Dunn; son, Steven Dunn and his wife, Christy, of Wellford, SC, and their children, Bronson, Meia, and Colby Dunn; a brother, Bobby Dunn and his wife, Barbara; his sister, Diane Everette; and aunts and uncles, Doris and Bud Reid and Sylvia and Bob Bach. He was predeceased by a brother, Michael Dunn. The family will receive friends Monday, April 29th, 6-8PM at Dunbar Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held Tuesday, April 30th, 1:00PM in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, officiated by Reverend Dale Roach and Reverend Doyle McNabb.
