Deanna Ragan Chitwood

-Boiling Springs, SC- Deanna Ragan Chitwood, 80, passed away on October 21, 2023. Born May 11, 1943 in Spartanburg, SC. She Was the daughter of the late Andrew Dean Ragan and Kannapolis Ponee McAbee. She was an LPN, Cake Baker, Mother, Wife, Grandmother, Christian, and Friend. She is survived by her two sons; Rodney Chitwood (Annette) and Scott Chitwood (Melanie) and Four Grandchildren; Desirae Chitwood Janae, Derrick “Chase” Chitwood, Madeline Chitwood, and Abigail Chitwood. Deanna was predeceased by her parents, two children and her two siblings. Services for Deanna will be on Saturday, October 28th, 2023, at the J.M. Dunbar Funeral Home, with a visitation starting at 9:30 A.M., and a service to follow at 10:30A.M. in the chapel. Burial will follow in Good Shepherd Memorial Park.
