Deborah Kay Huitt

Spartanburg, SC- Deborah Kay Huitt, 69, passed away on Sunday, June 4, 2023.

Born December 10, 1953 in Greenville, SC, Debie was a daughter of the late James Richard Gaunce and Avanelle Gravely Gaunce.

Deborah, Debie, Mom, wasn’t only an excellent mother to her own children, but to anyone who needed a mother figure. She was a born nurturer and took care of any one and every one along the way. Debie’s love was unconditional and overflowing, permiating into the lives of everyone around her.

She will be lovingly remembered as selfless, kind, and effortlessly Christ-like. Debie leaves with her children, and others, precious memories that will they will cherish forever. 

Debie is survived by her children, Karey Huitt and Ethel Arrow; her beloved fur-baby, Boots; two sisters, Carol Hazel and Elaine Webb; niece, Annabelle Webb; and nephew, Jamie Hazel.
