Dennis Jefferson

Moore, SC- Dennis Dean Jefferson, 81, husband of Juanita Marohn Jefferson, passed away peacefully in his home on Sunday, October 17, 2021. Born October 26, 1939, in Detroit, MI, Dennis was the son of the late Kenneth and Ida White Jefferson. Dennis was a graduate of Kimball High School, Royal Oak, MI. Dennis served in the Navy from 1958-1962 in Pensacola, FL. He was a native of Michigan and relocated to Spartanburg, SC in 1982. He was a long-time employee of Carmet and Rockwell Automation. He enjoyed watching football and hockey while eating popcorn, attending vintage car shows, home improvement projects, and assembling jigsaw puzzles. In addition to his wife, Dennis is survived by his four children: Kerry Jefferson Manderfield (Steve), Brian Keith Jefferson (Karen), Kevin Dean Jefferson (Julie), and Dennis Alan Jefferson (Barbie). He loved spending time with his eight grandchildren: Stephanie Manderfield Deichman (Will), Taylor Manderfield Murphy (Colby), Caitlin Jefferson, Carrie Jefferson, Annie Jefferson, Danny Jefferson, Luke Jefferson, and Grayson Jefferson and his three great-grandchildren: Parker Deichman, Graham Deichman, and Caroline Murphy. A private family memorial will be held to honor Dennis
