Roebuck, SC – Diane Judith Wheeler, 71, wife of Eddie Wheeler, passed away unexpectedly Monday, January 8, 2018. Born August 25, 1946 in Spartanburg, SC, Diane was a daughter of the late Malcom L. Coggins and Millie C. Blackwell. She was a lifelong member of Abner Creek Baptist Church. Diane retired from Flowers Bakery after 25 years of service. She was a devoted wife to her husband and a loving and compassionate mother to her children. In addition to her husband of 34 years, Diane is survived by her four children, Tammy Mullins and her husband, Mike, of Moore, SC, Angie Bradley and her husband, Calvin, of Cowpens, SC, Pam Reynolds and William Watts of Roebuck, SC, and Jerry Wheeler and his wife, Teresa; a sister, Patricia Mason and her husband, Danny, of Spartanburg, SC; grandchildren, Zack Wingo, Jon-Marc Wingo, Bailey Mullins, Madison Owens, Payden Reynolds, Ethan McKinney, Brandon Cobb, TJ Cobb, Stephanie Brown, Stephen Wheeler, and Sierra Wheeler; and five great grandchildren, Leelin Satterfield, Lexi Cantrell, McKinley Cobb, Blake Brown, and JD Wheeler. She was predeceased by a son, Jimmy Wheeler; and a brother, Donnie Coggins. The family will receive friends Friday, January 12th, 1-2PM at Dunbar Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow in the Chapel at 2PM. Burial will be held in Sunset Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mobile Meals, P O Box 461, Spartanburg, SC 29304.
