Doris Greene Thompson

Doris Greene Thompson, 66, of Spartanburg, SC passed away on Sunday, December 24, 2023. Born in Spartanburg, SC on November 13, 1957, she was a daughter of the late William Eugene and Doris Picard Greene. A graduate of Dorman High School, Doris Ann went on to attend Spartanburg General Hospital School of Nursing. She retired after many years with the Spartanburg Regional Heart Center. Survivors include her daughter, Abigail Riddings; grandchildren, Natalie Laine Beauvais, John Crawford Ridings, and Lillian Kate Ridings; sisters, Carroll Owens (James), Jodie Johnson (Dean), and Tina Sanders; and many nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be 3:00pm on Friday, January 5, 2024 in Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery, conducted by the Rev. Joe Burnett.
