Ernesta DeFilippis

Spartanburg, SC- Ernesta DeFilippis, 98, wife of the late Joseph DeFilippis, Sr., entered into eternal rest on Thursday, July 20, 2017. She was born August 3, 1918 in Newark, NJ. Ernesta is survived by her son, Thomas DeFilipps and his spouse; her daughter, Elvira “Vera” DeFilippis Petritsky and her spouse; three grandchildren; and two great grandchildren. A funeral service will be held Monday, July 24th, 4PM at Dunbar Funeral Home. The family will receive friends following the service. Burial will be held in the Immaculate Conception Cemetery in Montclair, NJ.
