Estelle Fowler Hooks

Spartanburg, SC- Estelle Fowler Hooks, 91, wife of the late Robert Lee Hooks, passed away on Saturday, December 3, 2022.

Born August 30, 1931 in Pauline, SC, Estelle was a daughter of the late Claude T. and Charlotte Ledbetter Fowler. She was employed with Hoechst Celanese before her retirement.

Estelle is survived by her daughters, Doris Steadman, Judy Belcher, and Cathy McNair; many grand, great, and great-great grandchildren; and two sisters, Jeanette F. Allison and Joyce F. Cooper.

In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by sons, Dennis and Jerry Taylor; four brothers, Robert, Junior, Bobby, and Leon Fowler; and two sisters, Lucille F. Jennings and Inez F. Wyatt.

The family will receive friends Thursday, December 8^th, 12:30PM until 1:30PM at Dunbar Funeral Home.

Graveside services will follow in Heritage Memorial Gardens at 2:00PM, officiated by Reverend Roy Allison and Reverend Joe Foster.
