Frances Williams Ballard

Frances Williams Ballard Moore – Frances Williams Ballard, 90, wife of the late Walter D. Ballard, died Wednesday, January 10, 2018. Frances was born on November 10, 1927 to the late Charles and Flora Teal Williams. She is survived by two sons, Dan Ballard (Cathy) of Moore and Jeff Ballard (Kay) of Inman. Frances was blessed with four grandchildren, Danny, Eric, and Tim Ballard, and Tabatha Wicks; six great-grandchildren, Cassie, Carley, Ayden, Reeves, and Lynlee Cate Ballard, Travis Johnson, and Karen Morgan; and one great-great-grandchild. In addition to her husband of 65 years, she was predeceased by brothers, George, Vernon and John Williams; and a sister, Dot Smith. A memorial service will be held at 11:00AM on Saturday, January 13, 2018 at the Dunbar Funeral Home Chapel.  The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
