Spartanburg, SC

Frances Manious Yarborough, 93, of Spartanburg, SC passed away on Monday, February 17, 2025. She was born in Spartanburg on March 11, 1931 to the late John and Mary Brinkley Manious.

Frances was a sweet and thoughtful soul, known for her loving and caring nature that touched the lives of everyone who knew her. She was genuine in every sense—her warmth and kindness were felt by all. Outgoing and full of life, Frances found joy in the simple pleasures, whether it was sipping on a cup of coffee, tending to her yard with love, or surrounding herself with the people she cherished most. Her family was her greatest treasure, and she never missed a moment to show them just how much they meant to her.

Frances had a special fondness for the color red, a reflection of the vibrant energy and passion she carried throughout her life. Her presence brought comfort, her laughter brought joy, and her love left an indelible mark on those lucky enough to know her.

She is survived by two children, Judy Bolden and Tony Yarborough; grandson and great-granddaughter she raised, Josh Bolden and Brianna Seawright; 10 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, and nine great-great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by 4 children, Cathy, Tammy, Jr., and Gary.

No services are planned at this time.

She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of sharing in her beautiful journey. Though she is no longer with us, her love and spirit will live on in the hearts of those who adored her.
