Gena James Boyter

Moore, SC- Gena James Boyter, 68, wife of Clarence Philip Boyter, died Saturday, February 3, 2018 at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home. Born November 29, 1949 in Spartanburg, SC, Gena was the daughter of the late Charles Preston and Ellender Howard James. She was a member of Impact Community Church. In addition to her husband, Gena is survived by her daughter, Nicole Boyter Dillard (Jason); four grandchildren, Conner, Carsyn, Caden, and Coby Dillard; and her brother, Charles James. She was predeceased by a son, Scott Philip Boyter. Graveside services will be held Tuesday, February 6th, 2PM at Poplar Springs Baptist Church Cemetery, officiated by Reverend David Walker. The family will be at the home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Impact Community Church, Land Fund, P O Box 39, Duncan SC 29334.
