Hampton Lamar Parris III,47, fondly known as Trey, passed away on September 17th, 2023 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. Trey was born on January 10th, 1976 in Spartanburg, S.C. to Hampton Lamar Parris Jr. and Diane Sherbert Parris. Trey's most cherished role was being a loving father to his two precious daughters, Hannah Nicole Parris and Bailey Lynn Parris. His love for them knew no bounds, and he treasured every moment spent with his girls, creating a legacy of love and devotion that will continue to inspire them throughout their lives. Trey's passion for the great outdoors was evident in his love for the lake and camping adventures. He found peace and joy in the embrace of nature, where he created cherished memories with family and friends. Trey was also a skilled craftsman, using his hands to create beautiful furniture and fishing lures, leaving behind tangible pieces of his creativity for all to cherish. Above all, Trey's heart belonged to his daughters and his father. His love for his girls was immeasurable, and he cherished every moment spent with them. Trey had a special bond with his daddy. Their relationship was a beacon of friendship, love, and shared moments, particularly during their fishing adventures. Along with his parents and his two daughters, Trey is survived by his four sisters; Karey Ann Skees (Troy), Rebecca Ree Davis (Sean), Adrienne Parris (Kayla), and Paige D. Morris (Brandon). Services will be Wednesday, September 20th, 2023, at the J.M. Dunbar Funeral Home. A visitation will begin at 3PM with a service to follow at 4PM in the chapel.
