Henry Townes Medlock, II

It is with great sadness that the family of, Henry Townes Medlock, announce his passing on Monday, February 14, 2022 at the age of 72 years.

Henry is survived by his wife of 52 years, Joanne Fife Medlock; and one son, Jan Patrick Medlock (Kelly) of Corvallis, OR; brother, Michael Medlock (Kathie); sisters, Judy Haynes and Margaret Edwards (Wendell); sister in-law, Jane Hind; as well as numerous relatives and friends.

Henry was born in Abbeville, grew up in Clemson, and graduated from Wofford College in 1971. He played football and basketball at Wofford and loves his Terriers. After graduation, Henry spent 3 years in the Army with the 25 Infantry Division in Hawaii. Returning from the Army, he attended Clemson University and obtained a Master’s Degree in Educational Counseling. Henry had a long and successful career in commercial real estate in Atlanta.
