Moore, SC- Jean Blain Walters, 88, wife of the late David Earl Walters, Sr., died Monday, February 5, 2018. Jean is survived by her step children, David E. Walters, Jr. and Delia Pellegrino; ten grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren; and her brother, William Blain. In addition to her husband, Jean was predeceased by a step son, Stephen F. Walters. Services will be private.
